Terms and conditions
Last updated: 5 August 2026
Terms and conditions are rarely light reading. We've done our best to keep these readable, so you actually know where you stand.
The short version: you make a music bingo, you only pay if you need more than 10 cards, and if you're not happy we'll sort it out.
Who are we?
HitBingo is run by IDEO b.v., registered in the Netherlands.
- Chamber of Commerce number: NL 32086722
- VAT number: NL 8099.75.543.B.01
- Contact: support@hitbingo.music
What does HitBingo do?
With HitBingo you create a music bingo. You put together a list of songs โ yourself, or from an existing Spotify playlist. We turn that into bingo cards as a PDF, ready to print.
During the game you play the songs. Whoever fills their card first shouts bingo. It's that simple.
Creating an account
To make a bingo you need an account. For that we ask for your name and email address, so we can remember your bingos and email you the Spotify playlist link. What we do with it exactly is in our privacy statement.
By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our privacy statement.
You don't have a password with us. When you want to log in, we email you a code. You enter it and you're in. Nothing to remember, nothing to forget.
A few ground rules:
- Your login code is for you. Don't pass it on to anyone else.
- One account per person. Creating several accounts to get around the free limit isn't the idea.
- HitBingo is meant for grown-ups. Under 16? Then ask a parent or guardian to create the account and, if needed, to pay.
You can have up to 10 bingos at a time. Once you've paid for one, you get 5 extra slots per paid bingo. Not enough for what you have in mind? Email us and we'll take a look.
What does it cost?
The price depends on how many bingo cards you need. All prices include VAT. These prices may change.
| Package | Number of cards | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 โ 10 | € 0.00 |
| Starter | 11 โ 20 | € 5.00 |
| Basic | 21 โ 50 | € 7.50 |
| Plus | 51 โ 100 | € 15.00 |
| Premium | 101 โ 500 | € 25.00 |
Up to and including 10 cards it's free. No trial period, no credit card, no small print. Just free.
Want more cards? Then you pay once for that bingo. No subscription, no automatic renewal. For your next bingo you start with a clean slate again.
Paying
Payments go through Mollie. You can choose from credit card, iDEAL, Bancontact and a number of other methods.
As soon as your payment comes through, you can generate your cards straight away. You'll get the invoice by email. Need an invoice in your company's name? Then fill in your company details before you pay.
Your bingo cards
After paying you can generate your cards 3 times. That might sound tight, but there's a reason: every generation creates a completely new, unique set of cards. So you can still make changes if you rethink the music, or if the number of guests changes.
With the free package there's no limit on how often you generate.
Your paid bingo stays active for 2 months. Plenty for a party, and it stops us keeping files around for years that nobody needs any more. Turned out differently? Email us.
An important tip: only generate your cards once you roughly know how many guests are coming. Make 50 cards for 30 players and it takes longer for a bingo to land โ the system works from all the cards you've created.
Not happy?
Not happy? Tell us, and we'll sort it out.
Can't we work it out together? Then you get your money back. No problem, no form, no follow-up question. Life is complicated enough as it is.
This applies for up to 30 days after your payment. Just email support@hitbingo.music, tell us briefly what went wrong, and we'll sort it.
We do ask you to let us know. Not to make things difficult, but because we like to learn from it. Nine times out of ten it turns out to be something we can improve for everyone.
Any statutory right of withdrawal you have under your own consumer law is unaffected by this.
About the music
Something important first: we don't supply any music.
HitBingo makes bingo cards with titles and artists on them. You play the music yourself โ through Spotify, YouTube, your own collection, or a CD if you still have some lying around.
About Spotify:
- You do not link your Spotify account to HitBingo, and we never ask for your Spotify password.
- You give us a link to a public playlist, and we read which songs are in it.
- Want the bingo list back in Spotify? Then we set it up on our own Spotify account and email you the link.
- A Spotify subscription is something you arrange yourself. We're not part of Spotify and Spotify isn't part of us.
Make sure you're allowed to play the music at your event. For a birthday at home that's not an issue, but if you're organising something public or commercial, music licensing rules may apply โ usually through a collecting society in your country. That's your responsibility, not ours.
What we expect from you
Not much, really. Use HitBingo for what it's meant for, and:
- Don't disrupt the service โ no bots, no attempts to break in, no extreme load.
- Don't make bingos with offensive, discriminatory or illegal content.
- Don't resell our cards as if they were your own product.
If someone keeps crossing the line, we may block the account. We don't do that lightly, and you'll always hear from us why.
What we do and don't stand behind
We do our very best to keep HitBingo working well. Even so, we can't promise the site is always available everywhere without a hitch. Sometimes something goes down, and sometimes that's down to a third party we can't do anything about either.
If something goes wrong and your bingo doesn't happen, we'll sort it out as described above: help first, and otherwise your money back. Further damages โ a party that fell through, costs you incurred โ we unfortunately can't cover. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that bingo.
None of this applies in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part. Then we simply stand behind our mistake.
Ordering as a business
Ordering on behalf of a company, club or school? Very welcome โ a large share of our customers do.
What works a bit differently:
- Fill in your company details before you pay, so the invoice is in the right name straight away.
- Statutory consumer withdrawal rights don't apply to business purchases. Our own 30-day arrangement still applies to you. We're not going to distinguish between a birthday and a staff party.
These terms can change
As HitBingo grows, or if something about the service changes, we'll update these terms. At the top you can see when that last happened.
For a bingo you've already paid for, the terms as they stood when you ordered always apply. We don't change the rules halfway through the game.
Finally
Dutch law applies to these terms. If you're ordering as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
Should there ever be a disagreement we really can't resolve together, we can go to court. But honestly: we make bingo cards. Let's just talk it through โ support@hitbingo.music.
